Returns and Exchanges
Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return subject for EXCHANGE of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from apartment8clothing.com according to the below policy:
Apartment 8 Clothing merchandise must be returned subject for exchange within 7 days upon receipt of item/s.
Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
Merchandise must be accompanied by the order form.
Merchandise marked Final Sale on apartment8clothing.com is not returnable.
Merchandise purchased in Apartment 8 Clothing and Apartment 8 Clothing stores or from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store and is subject to the return subject exchange policy of the originating retailer. We cannot process store–bought returns at our warehouse.
Shipping
We ship worldwide
Most standard shipping orders will be processed the following working day, and will ship within 2 to 10 working days after your order is placed for METRO MANILA, 3-14 working days for PROVINCIAL, & 3-15 working days for INTERNATIONAL. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to credit approval.
For express delivery you may contact our main office to prioritize your order but it is still subject to availability.
We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or holidays.
International Shipping
Maximum of 10 working days via DHL, LBC or J&T.
Shipping Status
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Track your order with our website or simply visit LBC Express website / J&T website then input your tracking number .
