EXCHANGE POLICY
- Request for exchange must be done within 7 days from purchase in the same store it was purchased.
- Items for exchange must be in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact, not used, not washed and not altered.
- Please present your original receipt in the counter to process the exchange.
- Exchange is only allowed for store bought regular priced items. Marked-down item or an item bought for a lower/discounted price will not be allowed for an exchange.
- Amount of the item for exchange must be equal or less than the new item. Exchange is not convertible to cash refund or store credits.
- One-time Exchange Policy: items that have already been exchanged will not be entertained. Items that have been acquired from an exchange will not be allowed for another exchange.
- The company reserves the right to reject or decline an exchange request if conditions above are not met.

This EXCHANGE POLICY is in compliance with the regulations set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the Republic Act No. 7394, otherwise known as “The Consumer Act of the Philippines”.
WE OPERATE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Swearing, threats, or any act of rude behavior towards any of our staff will NOT be tolerated. The company reserves the right TO DENY EXCHANGE REQUEST of any customer who violates this policy.
